Description

A delightful pasta dish combining tender pasta with a creamy zucchini and ground meat sauce, seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g Pasta (any type, e.g. spaghetti or fusilli)
  • 300g Ground meat (beef or chicken)
  • 1 large zucchini, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200ml Cream
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Grated Parmesan (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and lightly golden.
  3. Add the ground meat to the pan, cooking until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the diced zucchini and sauté for a few minutes until slightly soft but still crisp.
  5. Pour in the cream and mix everything well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Drain the pasta once cooked and add it to the meat-zucchini sauce in the pan. Toss everything together to coat the pasta evenly.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Notes

This dish can be prepped in advance and reheated. It also works well with other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
