Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Chop garlic and gather all ingredients.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden and aromatic.
- Incorporate anchovy fillets, mashing them into the butter until combined.
- Pour in the white wine and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, thyme, and sea salt; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add fish carefully to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat; cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in olives and capers before finishing cook time.
- Serve with fresh basil or parsley for garnish.
