- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 6 ounces fresh Mozzarella
- ½ Red onion (thinly sliced)
- Fresh Jalapeños (optional)
- ⅓ cup Flour (for dusting)
- Honey (for drizzling)
- Ranch or Blue cheese dressing (optional for dipping)
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness, or follow package instructions for pre-made dough.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 475°F (245°C) or use a pizza stone for best results.
- Marinate the chicken: Mix chicken strips with Buffalo sauce in a bowl until well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Top the dough: Evenly distribute the marinated chicken over the dough, then sprinkle on the sliced red onions and jalapeños if using.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle Mozzarella evenly over the top.
- Bake: Place the pizza in the oven or on the pizza stone and bake for about 12-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Finish off: Drizzle honey over the pizza after removing from the oven. Allow to cool briefly before slicing.
