Description

Tender, juicy pork chops enveloped in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for impressing family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and fresh herbs, bringing the sauce to a gentle simmer.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning sauce over them, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra herbs.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain tenderness.
